How do I order?

It’s easy! To place an order, submit a grocery shopping list, via phone, text, picture, email, or the contact form on our website.  Please be as specific as possible, including brand preference, size, type and quantity. If your preferences are unavailable, a comparable product will be substituted. Delivery times are always filled on a first come, first served basis and popular times do fill quickly.  We do ask that you place your order as early as possible to ensure your preferred delivery time.  We will contact you by telephone to confirm your order and payment information.  For late or last minute orders, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.

How specific do I have to be on my grocery list?

To be sure that we get your order correct and you are 100% satisfied, please be as specific as you can. If you do not have a brand preference, we will choose the best value & quality item for you.

Will you substitute items that might not be available?

Yes, unless you specify otherwise. We will choose a similar quality and size item for you. If there is any question while shopping, we will contact you for confirmation.

What are your service areas?

We currently deliver to Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Beverly Beach, Hammock Beach and surrounding areas.

What stores do you shop at?

We currently shop at any store in Flager County including Super Target, Winn-Dixie, Publix., Richard's Foodporium, Aldi, Harris Grocery, Far East Market, or Jia Jia Produce Market.

What are the fees?

Goods2Go is an affordable way to keep your kitchen shelves stocked with all your favorite items — without ever having to leave your vacation retreat or home.  Please see our fees here.  There are NO markups on groceries - you pay the retail costs of what the store charges; you receive the actual receipt from the store.  We accept all major credit cards. One day notice and same day service rates may apply.

What should I expect when I arrive at my vacation retreat?

Your vacation begins the moment you walk through the door! Goods2Go will have your requested items neatly arranged and stocked in your refrigerator and pantry upon arrival. Your grocery order will be delivered by 5:00 pm on your arrival date, barring complications with prior tenant departure or cleaning schedule conflicts. If you are arriving on a holiday, your order may be delivered after 5pm.

How much time do I have to place my order before my requested delivery date?

For our customers visiting for vacation please schedule a delivery date at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date.  This allows us time to coordinate with your vacation rental company.  Local customers and repeat customers can schedule the same day, however, there is a possibility that your day and time may already be booked.  We will contact you by telephone to confirm your order and payment information. Goods2Go understands sometimes it is not possible to plan in advance. We will always attempt to entertain any last minute request.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. You will be personally contacted by Goods2Go to obtain credit card information. This gives us the opportunity to introduce ourselves, confirm your request and finalize your order.

How do you get the groceries to my vacation retreat before I arrive?

Not to worry, leave that up to us. Information provided to us from your request will allow Goods2Go to contact property management firms or property owners prior to your arrival and make arrangements for your delivery.

Can I add items to my order after it is submitted?

Absolutely. Often, additional items are thought of after placing your initial request. You may contact Goods2Go by phone or e-mail 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery to request additional items. Once you have arrived, if you’ve run out of some staples, forgot some items in your original order or just want to place another order during your stay, simply email us to place another order or call us at 904-347-4892.

Can I get organic products?

Yes. Organic products including fruits and vegetables, dairy items, frozen meals, baby food and other packaged goods are available. All organic selections should be clearly noted in your online request. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests.

Goods2Go believes our environment deserves to be treated just as you would treat any person — with respect. We transport your items with eco-friendly cloth tote bags and support recycling efforts.

Can I use coupons?

We can use your coupons, however we need to pick them up prior to shopping. There is a $5 additional charge for this.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 48–hour cancellation is required with a minimum $55.00 cancellation fee. Specialty orders are non-refundable. If you do not cancel, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of groceries/personal items requested.

There is a problem with my groceries. What should I do?
